You absolutely aren't alone when you are unable to quickly obtain your desired outcome. It's human nature to want fast results. That's why when choosing a self-improvement guide, always check the source to better understand its legitimacy. The long-term changes often seem intangible at first. Remind yourself why you started and focus on the process, not just the end goal.
